With the support of our strong medical leadership and highly trained and caring staff, The Leo Rich Neighborhood meets the needs for short-term post hospital stays, rehabilitation stays, and provides a home to those with long-term care needs. Our in-house therapy department, and specially trained nursing personnel complete an extraordinary clinical team managing each resident case with personal attention and expertise.

With our full-time, licensed staff and caregivers, recovery and physical strengthening goes beyond traditional services. Using advanced rehabilitative methods and providing a full range of therapies promotes continued independence and a fulfilling lifestyle. With our dedicated Social Worker to oversee care and coordinate discharge, an assessment is completed in order to provide the best resources needed for safe transition back to home.
